My name is Szadrii Medina I was born and raised in Southern New Hampshire, but with most of my family in the Northern Massachusetts, I too am familiar with the area.

I currently own a Real Estate Investment company with 3 partners, my husband, my father and my brother. We started our business a little over 4 years ago in hopes to help people and make a difference in people’s lives that we work with. Prior to Real Estate I was working in the local hospitals doing administrative and customer service work, as well as attending night school to get my nursing degree.

Fast forward to today, a wife and currently working on my bachelor’s degree in Business Admin., I continue to thrive in real estate. To date, my company currently owns 3 passive income builders (rentals), I have completed 13 residential rehabs, as well as mentored and partnered with many other investors in multiple real estate transactions. I do all the interior/ exterior design for our projects as well as the staging to get our homes ready for market.

With a passion for serving Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, I am ready to help and serve you in any way possible to make your home buying and selling dream come true.
